Non-acceptance of post paid to prepaid connection in Tamilnadu circle

Hi,

I am a post paid customer of Aircel, Madurai for more than 2 years. The service provider is not allowing to switch over to prepaid connection.

All other networks are allowing the customers to switch with some basic terms and condition. Even the same Aircel is allowing this facility in Chennai network.

Please help me in this.
