This is to bring in your kind notice that I have applied the Indian passport as a citizen of Hyderabad under your region of passport authorizes. I have received the passport but my husband (Late) has been updated wrong with spelling mistake. So, Kindly let me know the procedure to do the correction and reason how it could happen when we have updated & submitted the forms with lot of carefulness.
