Enewal of passport

Dear Sir

With subject to above i want to inform you that i have submitted my passport 15th may.

While submission it was told to me that i can get my passport in 1 month.

But till today no news about that. Its more than five months

My file ref no. is JPR-N005270-09, I have send complaint to delhi office.

They replied and cc to jaipur office tht necessary action required, for this matter also one month lapse.

Till today no news about my passport. Even online there is no confirmed news, from last 2months it is showing that within a week will delivered.

Because of this delay my chinese visa expired i lost my job.

Who is responsible for that?

After this so many things there is no certain news about my passport.

Please do some necessary action. It will be highly obliged.
