Sir,
I have learnt that my passport was dispatched to my local address in jhansi since i had been studying there for the past 4 years. Now that I have come to my permanent address in Lucknow, I need it to be dispatched here. I have submitted all the necessary documents on 28/10 again and been in constant touch with the officer. Now my status enquiry displays that the file no. is incorrect or there's no information available.
It's been 13 months and have not recieved it yet. Please look into the matter.
