I have applied my son s (infant < 1 year) passport on 26th April. The file reference number is HYD-W350942-10.
The police verification is over on 7th July. The passport online status shows "File reference number is either wrong or information not availanle".
I applied from Kurnool Post Office (designated post office) and enquired there also. The office says everything is looking fine and not sure why the status is not updated.
There might be risk of application being misplaced in Hyderabad passport office.
I want to know the status of application and when can I get my kids passport.
