Hi,
I have applied for new passport in passport office at varanasi in Jan. I have mentioned my permanent address of varanasi. At the time of police verification I was in Haryana (I came here for some personal work). Due to which police has written in their report that candidate not reside in varanasi and he is living in Haryana. So I again submitted affidevit for revarification mentioning that now I am living in varanasi. I have submitted this in april but till date no response I got from the passport office. Even when I see the status of my passport online it show that either file no. is wrong or the information is not available.
Due to passport unavailability I am loosing my professional career and it is an hurdle for my career growth.
I want to know that what should I do so that I can get my passport asap.
