Non Receipt of Passport

I had submitted my application for change of spouse name and address

on my passport on 29.05.09 at your office vied receipt no -

DDNB00153109.

Upon checking the status on the net I found out that the passport had

been dispatched on 07.07.09 through Registry Number S0341160.

So far I have not received the passport. I have checked with the local

post office and checked their records, they have not received the

passport till date.

The Indiapost site status for the said registry number shows no information.

I am worried that my passport may have been lost in post.

I am in urgent need of the passport as my father in law is very sick

and on his death bed, and I need to visit him in the UK.

Kindly help in tracing my passport and getting it delivered to me.
