Delay in sending passport

My passport file ref no. is GZBA01884308 . It has been 2 months since I put in an application for issue of passport. So far there is no news from the passport office. All the verifications have been done but still the delay. The website too has been updated on the 15th of july but there is no info on the present status. Kindly inform about the present status2
