Delay/no status of our Passport Application

Dear Team,

I ashok Chintala from Hyderabad has applie for passport for my self and my wife, ref no: HYDW256334 and HYDW256342 (Renuka Devi Chintala), the online system shows that, it will be dispatched by 04-12 and on 02-12 (Renuka Devi), till today we have not received the same, atleast we are not aware whether they have dispatched the same to our address.
