Sir,

When we apply for a new passport we submit all the details along with application form. If you are not clear please reject the application when the applicant subiting time. After submit the application then you sent this photo not proper, submit some additional information etc.,

try to avoid this because we are in urgent.

Now a days the passport getting time is very delay. Kindly forward this complaint to the concern person.
