Dear sir,

Applied for duplicate passport (loss of passport) under TATKAL on 05jun08. I was given delivery date on 11jun08.But i didn't receive on that particular date. The reason for that was lack of marriage certificate. On 13jun I have submited marriage affidavit along with joint photograph.

On 23jun, when i have checked for status enquiry online, it still showing "submit marriagr certificate or marrige affidavit along with joint photograph."

Requesting you to do the needful.
