Problem in taking online regsitration date for renewal of passport

Hi,

I am trying to take the online appointment date for renewal of my passport but after submitting it generates the online web file no: HYDI17381408 and shows a message for tentative appointment but it doesnot display any date in the next page, just shows the month and year. Date list of values is empty. it doesn't allow to submit the application by just pressing the "confirmation" button assuming that whatever date shown in message is okay. there is no way to submit the application.

Can any one please help me on this how to get the appointment date.
