Re-Issue Passport not received

Dear Sir/Madam

I, Upadrasta Venkata Krishna Mohan, have applied for re-issuance of my passport on 01-April. A formal police enquiry also happened around the 1st week of May. Reference-no given to me is 'F012422' and I neither received any further communication nor my re-issued passport till date and the website does not show any status against my reference number. The enquiry numbers given on the website are always engaged!!! Its a very pathetic situation to be in where you cannot meet the concerned people as the queues at the passport office are so bad that they demand me taking an off for the whole day. I already did that once and after going through all the process the only information I get is to wait as it should reach me in a week. I do not have any more leaves to spare and am so appalled and dis-appointed with this dis-organised process. I have already raised a couple of grievances for the last 3 weeks and one such reference number is [F01242208-HYD/23 Jul] but got no response for any of these either!!!

Any help/direction in this issue is very much apprecited...
