Passport Office Lucknow
Poolice enquiry have not recived after two and half month after apply

This is a complaint for the issuance of my Passport (File N. LKOA00667609). I had applied my passport on 12th Jan at Passport office Lucknow. I had visited to SP office and poolice station of my distric Ballia in first week of march, but my enquiry form was not there till date.
