Passport Office Lucknow
9 months delay, yet to received

This is a complaint for my passport to lucknow office.i applied for passport with file number: A077088 in june but already 8 months is completed but i am not able to know the status of it, & in web portal 6 months onwards message displays '' your passport will be dispatched in weeks time. please help me to come out from this situation & to get my passport.
