I have not received my passport even after four month

Respected Sir,

I have applied for passport on 28/06/08 and had police inquiry in July month End. The status of my passport got updated few days before when i send mail. The status says the police inquiry has not been received. In applied date they say 17-09 (The day on which i filed complain or send mail on [email protected])

I have to get my passport within 20 days. It's emergency. I have to go to abroad. Now what should i do?

I bag you guide me and help me to come out of this problem.
