Passport office Mumbai
Not receiving application form

Dear sir,

As in the Mumbai passport web site we need to give only one address proof, but i submitted 3 vaild address proof (spouse's passport -issued by mumbai passport, income tax return file- it is given in the website however they are saying it is not acceptable, reputed comapny letter stating my residence address) still simply they demand 2 more address proof, it is like big headeche of getting passport .since in the web site it is given that only one address proof is sufficient still why the passport officials harassing the people? in the name of safety why they're giving trouble to innocent peoples? concerned officials pl look into this.
