Hi,
I recharged my mobile for Rs 30 approximately by 9:30 and the retailer also got a msg stating it was successfull but my account was never credited. Hence i called up the customer care helpline and i was asked to call up retailer's helpline number and the person was very rude and even gave the transaction number but he is not ready to help me with that. He was extremely rude and i want a compensation for that and i also want the aircel provider to ask sorry to me and the retailer personally because of his employee being rude to us.
