I had purchased a Aircel Prepaid sim for GPRS use. After purchasing the sim, according to the principle the undersign had sent the sms to the company. But till date I could not receive any settings from Aircel inspite of several intimations and pursuation and replied a baseless argument. This is nothing but a harassment to the customer. Now, I may request your goodself kindly take necessary action at your end and direct to the company to refund back the money along with the compensation under intimation to the undersign.
