Dear Sir/Madam,
This is a serious complain in regard to the unreasonable interruptions of the GPRS Facility (pocket internet 98 plan) service and subsequent disappearance of the customer care facility option. It is notified clearly that while using the internet facility, the signals get interrupted numerous times within a use able-time of ten minutes. This interruption frustrates the user and also wastes his valuable time.
When the helpline is approached, one finds that the option itself is not available. I am an intense user of the internet facility and such type of poor service hampers my very purpose of using it.
It is a request that my complaint should be treated and put into serious considerations in the interest of the welfare of a user. Hope it shall find a solution soon.
