I bring to your kind notice that on18-05-09, I have submitted my daughters passport for renewal with all required fee and documents, again we gave a complaint on 29-06-09 in your office. This day also in website it shows police enquire pending.

She is working for a MNC at Hyderabad she require the passport urgently for her abroad projects. it is nearly two months that we have submitted it. kindly arrange to renew it
