Dear Sir/Mam,
Myself Swetha Guruprasad Alva. I had applied for my passport on 27/07 it has been more than a month that I have not received my passport. My passport has been stuck up because of the police inquiry. I am not present in Mangalore for the inquiry as I am in Ahmedabad due to health issues. I would like to request you to transfer my police inquiry to Ahmedabad. I would request you to take this issue on immediate basis as I need to travel with my Husband so I have clear other formalities like apply for visa.
The passport was suppose to be dispatched with in month which is service level agreement but I have still not yet received and these issues were also communicated to us.
Further I have also recorded my grievance message in the numbers provided at the site and it was told they contact us with in 24 hours but unfortunately till date I have not received any call even after recording the message several times. Secondly while speaking to the concerned officer on phone I asked told him my problem and also told him that I had faxed the application regarding my issue so please how many more days will it take to act upon it he again me send a written letter with required proofs to his office through speed post then he can act upon on it and he cannot use the faxed letter as an application.
Kindly take this seriously and take an action against this as we been consumers are really harassed.
