Respected Sir,
1. I, Ex Havildar Patnala. Appala Raju, S/O P.Kannayya discharged from service (Army) on 31st Dec, my pension payment order number S/039846 (Army) dated 13th Oct and I have an account in SBI, Pedagantyada with Account no. 30920603454.
2. My pension hasn't been received till date. In this regard I visited the bank several times and queried about my pension. They replied, your pension was not dealt with this bank and please approach to the SBI, Port Branch. Then I went to SBI, Port Branch, they replied your account was not held with this bank and approach to SBI, Pedagantyada. Again I visited Pedagantyada SBI, an unfaithful reply was given by Bank Manager, (i.e he told me to wait about 6-8 months, till if you don't receive the pension there after meet me, later I will approach to CPPC at Hyderabad). I had completed all official formalities and who stood after me have been receiveing the pension. Who will give interest for this delay?
3. My PPO was already forwarded by JAK LI Record Office vide their letter no. 9102213/S-15721/PEN dated 29th Dec to the Chief Manager SBI Centralized Pension processing Centre, Hyderabad and copy to SBI, Pedagantyada, Visakhapatnam. I was also received all pension benefits of gratuity and commutation (i.e. Rs.9, 29, 070) was credited in my account on 21st Jan by CBSSBI.
4. In view of the above, you are requested to scrutinize my case and credit the pension as soon as poosibile.
