Hi Sir/Madam,

Me and My wife (Srilakshmi Thanneeru) applied for voter card in the month of February, But we haven't receive the cards, neighbors who applied with us received the cards

Our house address: EWS : 781, KPHB colony 3rd Phase, Near to Sri venkateswara temple, Hyderabad. - 500072.

Kindly arrange to do the needful & Request you to arrange to deliver the same at the earliest.
