RSN blank

I have paid the bill for my reliance datacard (no is 9312493390, Rajnish Mohan Sinha) on 27th September 08 and it has still not been activated.

On enquiring the reason from the reliance web world, I came to know that the RSN no is not blank and it has been blocked from backend.

This is a humble request to please make the RSN (RZTCDC000212159) as blank so that I can get a new no on the same Datacard.

Hoping a quick response from the deptt as It is a great inconvenience to the customer.
