Second Reminder for Unfair Dealing

Respected sir,

I have a complaint regarding the unfair treatment by the staff working at SDBBJ, Collectorate Branch, Sikar. I visited the branch on 27.10.2008 for new account. When I asked the form from the person who was sitting at first counter and was dealing with new accounts, he replied" I do not have the form" and when I asked him that from where I can get the same he replied "I (do not know" in a rude manner. When I tried to get the same from Manager then he replied, " You can not get it today, come after Diwali". When I told him that I am residing outside the state so please give me the form, he said "To main kya karun". I complained him about the person sitting on the first counter then he said that note down my name and submit the complaint where you want. It was my first and probably last experience with SBBJ. Alas, I have good experience with State bank of Patiala and State bank of India in the past and at present but with SBBJ... more than worst. Please look into the matter personally so that the same should not happen again with any other customer. Thanks
