Excess p0ayment you charge and again asking ti charge

Sir in my previous statment i found late fee and other charges upto 1500.00 even my payment is never late payment

today again i have recive where you have again mentio9n late fee even i drop the cheque 10 days before.

what is the resion that you are charging Rs 676.00 as late fee and other.

revert my late fee of this statment and last statment and provide my mony back as soon as possible
