Pay & Park at Charni Road
Cannot take out car due to double parking

I cannot take out my car from Charni Road MCGM Pay & Park near Hinduja College because usually some car or esp. bike is so parked that the way is entirely blocked. Attendants not available at 8-30 in the morning. I am put to inconvenience almost every day.

What is the remedy? Which traffic police number should I dial for on the spot help?
