Incorrect plan activated and wrong bill issued

I took 3 connections with aircel pospaid and activated 450 plan on the same. For two numbers it was activated correctly and the third number was 9738045227 activated as per 150 plan. I called customer care many many times but this was not corrected. i received two bills one for 1600/- where the actual bill as per my plan was 990/- and other bill was 2700 where as the actual bill was 940/- this was never corrected and i received the third and fourth bill as per 450 plan. And stopped using the connection as my problem was not rectified.

I had a collection representative visiting my place and demanding payment. When i asked for a revised bill they are not willing to provide the same and they said they will geive a settlemet and if they calculate as per 450 plan there is only a differnce of 800/- but i clarified and showed them there is a difference of more than - and they agreed to wave off. the bill was 13, 500/- and got reduced to 10, 500/- and i had made a security deposit of 900 for 3 connections i asked them to minus it but they say it has been adjusted but it has not adjusted. And there is a national sms charged for 1300 where as there is no volume in bill when i enquired they sent me a mail with sms sent to numbers in an excell sheet with time and date. i dont think i have used so many sms service - The bill after deduction of security deposit and ths Sms issue comes to 7600/- but they are asking me to pay 8500/-

What do i do pls help.
