Collection of tarriffs more than that of government

Sir,

i am a student in bangalore and temporary resident in whitefield. In my notice here every pco booth owners have fixed their own pulse rates. a near by pco person collected more than 4 Rs for a local landline to landline BSNL call. at one more place i paid nearly 10 Rs for a minute for an STD call.

Sir today in era of mobiles only the very needy and really helpless people who cant afford mobile would be facing this problem like hell. kindly consider this complain seriously.
