Very low voltage noted less than 150 no action from bses after so many reminders no action

Dear sir,

I kamal deep singh, having 3 phase connection of 20 kv CRN NO.2630204122 at resident 431, basement bhera enclave paschim vihar, new delhi - 87, running heallth club, wher i have installed air conditoners, treadmills, music system and other machines (High tech health club). from last month we are facing lot of problem with regard to voltage, the voltage we are getting is very low i.e. less tha 150 the appropriate voltage required to run any appliance is 220-240 but here from last one month the voltage wer are getting is less than 150. This could result in damge to our electric syste, bulbs, lighting equipments, music system treadmill and AC. and major loss to our business and reputation.

We are regularly paying heavy electricity bills every month still not getting proper voltage. I have registered the complain to CEO of bses delhi on 18th june, 09 through e-mail and also at divisional office complaint no. 02121 on 18th june-09, 2nd reminder of the complaint 19th june and spended 1.5 hrs at DGM Office DGM Name Mr. Jindal service head mr.saini they visited my place seen the problem and said that we will solve the problem with in 2 days toay is 21st june the input of voltage is again 150 -160 mr. mehta from bses had visited the premises and said yes problem is there and we have to change the feeder. And on 22nd i recd a call from DGM Office DGM name mr. Jindal that my case is registered and they will solve the problem before 30 june. But till date no action has been taken. Earlier they were saying that we have to install the feeder for the solution of the problem and for this approval of higher authorities is required when they got the approval now they are saying that we don't have the sufficient man power to change the wire. Sir why should we sufffer, sir I am in great problem and i want help of yours to solve this problem.

Sir I want my problem to be solved on the urgent basis becuase more delay in the process would lead to heavy losses to my business.
