Pension Not Received for Jan-Mar 09

Sir,

I am a pensioner drawing pension from HDFC Bank, Masoodpur. My account No. is 06791380000057..

My pension was being automatically credited to this account. But for some strange reason, my pesion has not been credited for the period January to March. Can you please clarify why this is so? I would be greatly obliged
