Deficiency in service

I had bought an used car worth rs.1.8 lakhs from the above mentioned firm. I was told to pay rs.30, 000 as advance and take delivery of the vehicle and finance will be arranged for the remaining amount. Accordingly I paid rs.30000 and took the vehicle. But the firm did not make any efforts to arrange for finance. Ihad to make my own efforts to arrange for a loan. In spite of my best efforts I could not get a loan. So I told them that I will return the vehicle and they should return the amount paid by me. They have taken the vehicle back but not returned my money.
