I am a pity, Godrej Refergerator, owner, I have done biggest blunder in my life by buying Godrej Product 5 years back. Immediately after purchase it developed some technical bug, which later got reactified but after several reminders. Recently the product developed another problemn of less cooling, which after several complaint to call centre a technitial visited and charged Rs. 350 and replied that the thermocol is not available with the Company, so u have to buy another fridge.
I am surpised to see the response of the service engineer and understood, why Godrej products have become sub-standard. The call centre services are pathetic, after 10 calls, one angle picked up the call and registered my complain.
I feel pity for such a Iconic brand of Indian market has such a traumatic call centre and service line wich is killing the product and generating bad publicity across the country for, one time market leader brand.
The service agency is too irresponsible, they are only concern about picking up the charges. I request the offocials to terminate the contract of such a useless service partner.
