Garbage particales in Mountain Dew pet bottle

Hi

Yesterday i bougth 4 bottles of Mountain Dew and found that there is garbage particales and i had words with their concered officals till now no actiona has been taken, i just got a call that someone will come to check those bottles and i would like to file a compensatin of 10 lac for the same as these particales can be dangerous.
