NON RECEIPT OF COURIER

We would like to inform you that Form C were sent through courier by BECTOCHEM CONSULTANATS AND ENGINEERING PVT. LTD., Ankleshwar, Gujarat in the month of May. The POD No. is 226860391.

The courier was delivered at our Office address at 18, New Nandu Industrial Estate, Mahakali Caves Road, Andheri (E), Mumbai 400 093. But, we are not in receipt of the same till the date.

You are, therefore, requested to kindly send us the POD as mentioned above with Receiver’s Signature so as to enable us to enquire the person who has received the courier.

Please note that Form ‘C’ is very important for us. If we not receive the same then we will have to apply for the same which is a very long procedure.

So, please kindly send scan copy of POD with receiver’s signature for POD No. 226860391 by e-mail at the earliest to avoid the further issues.
