HARRASMENT AND WRONG CHARGES

Dear Sir/Madam,

my name is vikas rana, I am user of acer laptop. I found problem in my laptop, for repairing i am send it to perfect service laxmi nagar on last week, the person who handle my problem told me that service charge of Rs.1250 is charged for repaire, I aggreed and sign that form. Same day i got a call from there end and a lady told me that you laptop is ready and please collect your laptop from office at a charge of Rs.1250/-. next morning i went in there office and claime for my laptop, when they gave handover of my laptop to me, then i found that my laptop is not running, i called the person he told that they send this to there head office banglore and do contact me within 3 to 4 days. after oe week when no call received from there end, I made a call and ask about my laptop that time operator says that the motherboard of my laptop is unable to repaire and if i want to replace this, it will cost Rs.14, 000/- and if I am not doing replace this then amount of service charge is charged from me. Please help me out what can I do. Because they use abusing language with me when I am tell them that I am going to made comlaint in consumer forum. Please do proper action on (PERFECT SERVICE, ACER SERVICE CENTER, ROOT TOWER LAXMI NAGAR.).
