Sun direct advertise that they have the best service but it is absolutely wrong. i have been trying to call thier customer care toll no for the last 2 days calling atleast 20 to 30 times each day bll time thr line is busy also the no. 39407575 is busy how can they say they have best service if they cant be contacted. i will never ever recomend sun direct to any one esle.
