Dear sir,
We have purchased a Swift LXI in the month Sept. The car no. is GJ 1 HN 44147, since beginning the car use to make a noise from Rear left hand side. The noise is irritating as is something is loose in the seat belt lock assembly or the seat. We made several complains to your dealer Kataria Automobiles Ltd. The car was send for the first 2 free services as per schedule.
After many calls to Kataria's, they responded and the vehicle was called for check up with a commitment that they will attend the problem. When the car was returned this noise stopped for 2-3 days and again started.
We would like to mention that we have purchased a Swift after a good survey about equivalent cars in the market. We had more faith in your product as we are still a proud owner of a Old Maruti 1000 maintained in a classic condition and still used for daily work.
Our another car is a Cheverolet Optra and we are impressed with the qualtiy of GM products and services as well, the car has done 65000 Kms and still runs as a new car.
This problem in product quality and services has shaken our belief in your products, possibly now quantity matters more for you than Quality.
We are now looking for a final response from your end to attend this problem, in case we do not get response we will have no choice but to approach the law. This will also become a bottleneck in our decision to buy SUV from Maruti as we are already taking the test drives with GM and Honda.
