Non receipt of Superannuation claim

I had filed claim for Superannuation fund account maintained by Perfetti Van Melle India P Ltd. Master Policy number is GS/CA/304725, post my leaving the services of the Company. The relevant forms viz. Form C, Form N and Two discharge slips duly signed my me and authorised signatories from Perfetti Van Melle India P Ltd.. The forms were submitted on 26th March. However, even when around 6 months have expired, neither me / Perfetti Van Melle India P Ltd. have not received the claim money or any information regarding the claim.

This needs to be looked into and settled immediately. My postal address is given below:
