Performers
EPF not received yet

Dear sir,

PF A/c No. MP/13708/241

I was working with Performers, (Authorised Person- Mr Sanjay Kumar, Mob:09860787800). from March to Jan. also I have submited my PF withdrawal form to Performers and still i have not been received my pf.

I need this amount for my Father's Medical treatment. Also I am not aware of my PF amount as on date.
