COMPLAINT & REQUEST FOR RETURNING FEES DEPOSITED TO YOUR APPROVED STUDY CENTER - ARAVALI INSTITUTE OF MANAGEMENT & IT, CHITTORGARH (RAJ.)

Dear Sir,

I have taken admission in PGDCA from PERIYAR university through your associated study center in Chittorgarh (Rajasthan) after verifying all details in person or through website. I have deposited the fees through SBBJ Cheque No.633728 Dt.12.10.2006 to your approved study center. We have logged the complaint against him in Distt. Consumer Court. But the person could not found in chittorgarh and not responding on mobile.

As we have taken the admission on behalf and under your banner, Hence fees deposited by us may pl. be refunded to us with Rs.5000/- as a penalty and interest on fees on till date.

The total Amount - Rs.15000/- (Rs.6000 (Fees) Rs.5000 (Penalty & Consumer court expenses) Rs.4000 (Interest).)

Pl. send the DD in favor of Mr. Rajesh Garg payable at Chittorgarh
