With reference above mentioned subject, I would like to inform you that the payment has been deduct my account in three times without my consent, whereas in three times, my SIM was not present in the mobile. When I discussed with your customer care (Mr. Nareen & Mr. Raghvendra), their reply could not be satisfied. Hence you are requested to kindly refund the amount of Rs. 35.00 in my account so that I may satisfied.
Besides this, you are requested to please sut-down your un-wanted calls/messages with immidiate effect, for which I shall be thankful.
