R/Sir,

I, Jaswinder kaur Chawla Regn No: - 06DCCN2581 was enrolled as M.Phil (English) Student of Distance Education Programme for session 2008 from Periyar university. I appeared in Final Exam of M.Phil (English) in November at Amritsar Centre and passed both the papers securing marks in Paper-I=53 and in Paper-II=54.After this my Guide S.Satnam Singh Chauhan Lecturer in Govt. Collage Gurdaspur has sent the Thesis Evaluation Grade and my centre City Collage, Apex Education Group, Gurdaspur has also sent the marks of Paper-III in September. But after that I Still not received my M.Phil Degree and Detail Mark Certificate (DMC). On telephonic Discussion with Officers of Periyar University on Cell No.-09443348988, I came to know that my marks of Paper-III and Thesis Evaluation Grade has not been received in the University. I again requested my Guide S.Satnam Singh Chauhan Lecturer in Govt. Collage Gurdaspur and Centre persons to send my Thesis Evaluation Grade and marks of Paper-III to the Periyar Universty. They Informed that they had send the Thesis Evaluation Grade and marks of Paper-III on 19/01 through Track On Courier vide R No-132367687 and again on 20/01 through Registered Post Vide Registry No:- RL-5933 .addressed to Controller of Exam Periyar University, Karupper, Salem (Tamil Naidu). But again on Telephonic Confirmation on 05/02 on Cell No:- 09443348988 they informed me that still they had not received the Thesis Evaluation Grade and marks of Paper-III I again contacted the Officers of Periyar University on Cell No: 09443348988, He advised me to send all the details on Fax No-2345977.

So, I am enclosing all the details for further necessary action at your end on Fax No-2345977.

Sir, I request you to kindly send my M.Phill (English) Degree and Detail Mark Certificate (DMC) at the earliest as I had to apply for the post of Lecturer in English in Punjab Public Service Commission.
