Without getting IRCTC e-tickets dedected money in my account

Dear Sir

this is bring to kind notice that I have an account in IRCTC for booking railway tickets. I booked one e- ticket on 11/06/09 i got one ticket only from the net and other tickets are not delivered.what the problem I had so that again i went bank and verified my account there is deducted money three times only I got one tickets please find it and do the favorable.
