This is to bring to your kind notice that PIZZA HUT does not obeys to it commitments made. It make fake promises. I will put across my experience of SERVICE FALIUR from PIZZA HUT.
I made a Call and ordered for "TWO" Pizza, Pizza Hut agreed to Deliver it at stipulated time as mentioned by me. In other contrast Pizza Hut made promise to me to deliver certain service at given time. Now after 15 min I get Call from Pizza HUT saying that the Pizza will not be delivered at given location as it is out of Delivery Jurdiction.
Pizza Hut store is located at V3S mall, Laxmi Nagar (Delhi) and my delivery address is just at max. 3 km away from your Pizza Hut store.
Pizza Delivery Address was -
J EXT 16, 3rd Floor
Street no 12
Laxmi Nagar. (Delhi-92)
Now later I had Call transferred to Superiors, Mr. Gaurav, but he did not agreed to deliver it, though my ask was that if you have made commitment at first place, in such case Pizza Hut should delivery PIZZA at any cost, as I had also made commitment to my Family. But after long conversation Mr. Gaurav said Sorry and eventually conversation ended.
My stake is that If you committed something one should delivery it, at any cost by any means. Sorry to say but Pizza HUT should change its Mission of 100% Customer satisfaction, as I being a Customer was not happy the way PIZZA HUT treated me.
