I have seen many times that Courier Service providers collect courier/dak/letters but not delver at stations where they are not providing service. My compliant is that if they have not service providers at address places where courier is to be deliverd then they should not take the courier/dak/letters from the sender. They must refuse to the sender that they could not have service providers at that particular station. If once they accept the courier and charge for the service they must deliver the courier.
