Person in other state not giving back my money

I have given money to Mr. Raju who is working for same client for whom I was working. Before 1 year Mr. Raju asked me for help to give him INR 20, 000 and I helped him. He has not returned those money till that and he is not replying to my emails. He also has changed his mobile numberbut somehow I got his new mobile number.

I have all the proofs like his emails, accout statement and chats that can prove that he is fraud.

I need urgent help.
