Malpractice and wrong accessment and wrong survey done by insu. agent for my ca

4 months back my car met with an accident; only some small set of front side parts got damaged; Now the repairer delivered back my car with lot of parts replacement which many were not originally damaged during the accident; The repairer also billed me for those unnecessary replacement parts where still my old parts are there in my car even after delivery. Many billed parts are not fixed in my car; Surveyor (Mr. Ravi Rajan from National insurance, chennai, division V) didnt access properly while the time of delivery; He just came and took photo and got the insurance bill from the repairer and left without inspecting anything properly for the reparied parts while the car was delivered. Lot of malpractice and wrong survey and wrong accessment has been done for my car by both the repairer and insurance agent. Need re-inspection for my car. Need justice
