CASHBACK ON AIRLINES TICKET

1. Platinum Plus - Power unlimited credit card was issued by your office alongwith a leaflet reflecting travel benefits. Accordingly on 03 Nov 07, tickets worth Rs 41, 492/- were purchased through your authorised agent HRG - Sita to avail 5% cash back.

2. In the credit card statement of Dec 07, the cash back was not reflected and even after interaction with your customer care representatives several times, last with Ms Heena on 25 Jan 08, no action has been taken till date despite assurances that the matter would be resolved in 48 hrs.

3. May I request you to kindly do the needful please.
